Blu Bank does not work from abroad

The problem is not your account or your phone. It is where you connect from.

Short answer

Blu Bank does not open from outside Iran because it refuses your request based on your IP address, not because anything is wrong with your account or your phone. The fix is to connect from an Iranian IP, and to have an Iranian mobile number to receive the login code. TTunnels provides an Iranian IP over WireGuard that works on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS and is delivered immediately after payment.

What you see

The app opens, shows the logo, then hangs on a white screen or a spinner. Sometimes it drops you out with a connection error instead.

Why it happens

Blu Bank calls its own servers before the login screen appears, and that call is refused from a non-Iranian address. That is why the error arrives before you type anything.

What fixes it

Connect from an Iranian IP and Blu Bank sees you the way it sees a user inside the country, and serves the same page it always did. You import a WireGuard config on your phone or laptop and connect.

What the IP does not solve

For Blu Bank you also need an Iranian mobile number to receive the login code. Better to know that now than after you have paid.

Blu Bank sends a login code by SMS. The Iranian IP opens the door, but you still need access to your Iranian number.
