What exactly does TTunnels provide?
TTunnels provides access to supported Iranian banking and online services from abroad. Only selected destinations use the connection; other browsing stays on your regular internet connection. The purchase covers selected service access, not unrestricted network routing or an address under your exclusive control.
Which services are supported?
TTunnels is designed for banking and other Iranian online services that restrict access from abroad. It does not guarantee coverage of every website, and each service retains its own account and sign-in requirements.
Does TTunnels require identity documents?
TTunnels does not run its own identity-document verification process or ask you to upload identity documents. We process account, residence, payment and operational information as described in our privacy policy. Your payment provider and the services you access may apply their own identity or account checks.
Which conditions apply to using the service?
Use TTunnels and your destination accounts in accordance with applicable law and each service’s terms. All account, access and payment requirements continue to apply.
Can I browse pages and complete forms?
Yes, ordinary personal browsing and forms on supported services are the intended use. Bulk downloads, file uploads, bulk data transfers, hosting, scraping, resale and arbitrary network access are prohibited. Misuse can lead to suspension or termination.
Who is the service for?
TTunnels is for customers living outside Iran who can lawfully use the service and their destination accounts. It is not sold to customers located in Iran.
Why does my normal IP-check page look the same?
That is expected for selected routing. General IP-check pages normally use your regular internet connection. TTunnels does not change the address used for all your browsing or provide a dedicated address.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Access is prepaid for the period shown on your selected plan. Purchase another period from your account whenever you need it. The final price is shown before you pay.
Why does my device show a VPN permission?
A compatible connection client may use your device’s VPN interface to install selected network routes. That operating-system label describes the connection mechanism. TTunnels still provides only the selected access described here; do not alter the supplied routing settings.
