Your email address, a hashed password, an optional display name, your orders and your subscription details.

Traffic counters for your tunnel, so we can show you usage and enforce plan limits. These are totals in bytes, not records of destinations.

Support tickets you send us, and the order number attached to them.

We do not keep browsing history, DNS query logs, or a record of which sites or applications you reach through the tunnel.

We do not ask for or hold identity documents of any kind.

We never see a card number, because we do not accept cards. Crypto payments are handled entirely by the payment processor.

We do not sell or rent your data. The only third parties involved are the payment processor that handles your transaction and the hosting providers that run our servers.

We disclose data only where a valid legal request compels us to, and only what that request actually covers.

Ask us and we delete your account and its data. Payment records are kept where accounting rules require it.
