About these terms
These terms explain the agreement between you and TTunnels when you create an account, purchase access or use the service. The service operator is identified in the website footer. Our Privacy policy explains personal-data handling; our Refund policy explains refunds and service credits.
Read these policies before paying. The order details shown at checkout, including the price and access period, form part of your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude.
A service for selected online destinations
TTunnels is an online service provider offering prepaid connectivity to selected supported Iranian websites and apps for people abroad. It is designed for ordinary personal tasks, such as reaching banking apps, public-service portals and other supported online accounts.
Access is limited to supported destinations. A purchase does not include unrestricted internet routing, hosting, an address under your exclusive control, or a general-purpose network relay. Service guides describe common use cases, not a promise that every function of a third-party service will always be available.
Your account
Use an email address you control and confirm the verification email to complete public registration. TTunnels does not require an identity-document upload for ordinary registration. Keep your account information accurate and your password and connection profile private.
You must be legally entitled to enter this agreement and to use the accounts you access. Do not share, resell or transfer your account or connection credentials. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
One payment for a fixed access period
Prices, currency, the selected duration and any applicable tax are displayed before payment. Purchases are prepaid, one-time orders. TTunnels does not automatically renew an access period or take a recurring payment for it. Continuing access requires a separate purchase or renewal.
Payment is completed through the checkout provider. An unsuccessful or incomplete payment does not establish paid access. Keep your order reference for support. We do not store your full card number or card security code.
Delivery, setup and expiry
Your account shows the delivered connection, setup instructions and the start and expiry of your access. Use a supported device and follow the setup guide. Your own internet connection, a compatible client and any accounts or verification required by the destination remain your responsibility.
Access ends at the displayed expiry unless renewed or extended. Ordinary non-use does not pause the paid period. If delivery fails or the delivered service does not work as described, contact support under the Refund policy instead of paying again for the same unresolved order.
Permitted use and clear limits
Use TTunnels for lawful personal browsing, account access and ordinary online forms on supported services. Follow the rules of the destination service and the laws that apply to your activity. The following uses are outside the service:
- Bulk downloads, file uploads, file sharing, peer-to-peer transfers or sustained large-volume data transfers.
- Hosting, operating a public relay, routing other people’s traffic or using the connection as a general network proxy.
- Scraping, crawling, automated account activity, network scanning, security testing or attempts to bypass service limits.
- Resale, credential sharing, fraud, account abuse, unauthorised access or activity that harms the service or others.
Independent services and account checks
TTunnels supplies connectivity; it does not operate the banks, public portals, shops or other destinations you choose. We do not approve transactions, recover third-party accounts, provide banking or legal advice, or guarantee that a destination will accept your login or transaction.
A destination may require its own identity checks, an eligible account, an Iranian mobile number or a one-time code. Payment providers may also apply their own checks. Our registration policy does not remove those independent requirements. Never send your banking password or one-time codes to TTunnels support.
Service availability and development
We operate the service with reasonable care. Access nevertheless depends on your device and network, upstream providers and independent destinations. Availability, performance and supported features may vary. Unless expressly included in your order, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular speed or the continuing availability of every third-party function.
We may maintain, reconfigure or develop the service, including changing technical arrangements and supported destinations, for security, compatibility, capacity, supplier or legal reasons. Where practicable, we give notice of changes likely to materially affect ongoing paid access. If a change means we cannot supply the purchased service as agreed, the applicable refund and consumer remedies remain available.
Nationwide infrastructure interruptions
A nationwide Iranian internet shutdown, disconnection of international gateways, government-imposed network restrictions or a widespread infrastructure failure may make the supported destinations unreachable. These events are outside TTunnels’ reasonable control. We cannot restore national connectivity or promise a recovery date.
For an affected paid access period, our contractual remedy for that external interruption is a service-time extension after connectivity returns, rather than a cash refund solely because of the interruption. The extension covers the verified unusable time that overlaps your paid period. Support confirms the affected dates and arranges the credit; it is not a promise of an automatic extension or compensation for third-party losses. Mandatory legal remedies remain available.
Stopping use and requesting a refund
Because orders do not renew automatically, you do not need to cancel a recurring subscription to stop future charges. You may stop using the service at any time. Refund eligibility, successful-use exclusions and infrastructure credits are explained in the Refund policy.
The Refund policy is the specific policy for refund requests. Neither policy overrides mandatory consumer rights. A full refund closes the associated paid access.
Security, misuse and suspension
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect other customers, respond to a security risk or comply with a legal obligation. Serious abuse may require immediate action. Where practical and lawful, we explain the reason and how to contact support.
Suspension does not authorise us to disregard applicable refund or consumer rights. Do not attempt to regain suspended access through shared profiles, another person’s account or interference with service controls.
Responsibility and limits of liability
You are responsible for your devices, credentials and the decisions or transactions you make through independent services. TTunnels supplies connectivity; it does not manage your bank account, authorise transactions or decide a third party’s account, purchase or refund policies. We do not accept responsibility for independent service failures or losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and loss of profit, business or opportunity, and limit our aggregate contractual liability for an affected access period to the amount paid for that period. These limits do not exclude fraud, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory rights to a refund, price reduction or other remedy.
Names, content and independent brands
TTunnels branding, website content and software remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights. Service and institution names in our guides identify the destination being discussed; they do not imply endorsement, partnership or an official affiliation.
Your purchase is a limited right to use the service for the paid period, not ownership of our software, infrastructure or a third-party account.
Updates, questions and disputes
We may update these terms for future purchases or changes in the service or law. The current version and update date are published here. Material changes affecting ongoing paid access will be communicated where required; an update does not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
For questions or a complaint, contact support with your order reference and a clear description. Applicable mandatory law determines any non-excludable consumer protections and the courts or authorities you may use. Contacting support does not prevent you from exercising those rights.
An individual accommodation, credit or decision not to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive that term generally. Any specific adjustment confirmed for an order applies to that order. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may use service providers or transfer the business to a successor without reducing the contractual protections attached to your paid access.
