Terms of service

TTunnels provides an encrypted WireGuard tunnel that gives your device an IP address located in Iran. It is intended for people outside Iran who need Iranian services to accept their connection.

What you are buying is network access, sold by the month. We are not a bank, a payment processor, a broker, or an agent for any Iranian institution, and we take no part in whatever you do through the connection.

We do not guarantee that any particular website, bank or application will accept the connection, work correctly, or keep working. Those services are run by third parties who change their rules without telling us.

This service depends on infrastructure inside Iran. We are not liable for any interruption, degradation, data loss or financial loss caused by events we do not control. Those include, without limitation:

War, armed conflict, mobilisation, civil unrest, strikes, or acts of terrorism.

A national or regional internet shutdown, throttling, blackout or curfew of any kind.

Filtering, blocking, interception, throttling or protocol interference by any authority, network operator or upstream provider.

Widespread or local power failure, fuel shortage, or failure of a data centre, transit provider or cabling.

Sanctions, embargoes, export controls, court orders, licensing changes, or any other action by a government or regulator.

Earthquake, flood, fire, epidemic or other natural events.

Where such an event stops or degrades the service, our obligation is limited to restoring it when we reasonably can, or moving you to another node if one is available. It does not create a right to compensation. As a goodwill gesture, and entirely at our discretion, we may extend affected subscriptions by the time lost.

The service is provided as it is, without any warranty of uptime, speed, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss of any kind. That specifically includes a missed payment deadline, a failed or reversed bank transaction, a lost booking, a penalty or late fee, a blocked account, or lost business or data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the thirty days before the event. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You are responsible for your own banking and account security. Do not treat this connection as a substitute for care with your own credentials.

One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping your password and your config file private.

Your config file is the key to your tunnel. Anyone holding it can use your connection, so treat it like a password. If you think it has leaked, generate a fresh one from your panel, which invalidates the old one immediately.

When a subscription expires, the client is removed from the server so the network stays clean. Renewing afterwards issues a new config for you to import.

Do not use the service to attack other systems, scan networks you do not own, send bulk unsolicited email, distribute malware, or commit fraud.

Do not use it to access an account that is not yours, or to carry out any activity that is illegal where you are or where the exit node sits.

Do not resell or sublicense access without a written agreement with us.

Accounts used for any of the above are terminated immediately and without a refund, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the relevant authorities.

By buying, you confirm that you are not a person or entity that sanctions law bars from receiving this service, that you are not acting on behalf of such a person, and that you are not subject to an embargo that would make this purchase unlawful.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you live. If using this service is restricted where you are, do not use it.

We may refuse or end service to anyone where we believe continuing would breach a law or regulation that applies to us.

We may suspend an account immediately where we see abuse, fraud, a chargeback, or a risk to the rest of the network, and we will tell you why.

You can stop at any time by simply not renewing. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least fourteen days notice and refund the unused portion of your current term.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in your panel at least seven days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
