Bank Keshavarzi does not work from abroad

The problem is not your account or your phone. It is where you connect from.

Short answer

Bank Keshavarzi does not open from outside Iran because it refuses your request based on your IP address, not because anything is wrong with your account or your phone. The fix is to connect from an Iranian IP, and to have an Iranian mobile number to receive the login code. TTunnels provides an Iranian IP over WireGuard that works on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS and is delivered immediately after payment.

What you see

The Keshavarzi app loads but stalls at login or returns a system error, and transactions will not go through.

Why it happens

Keshavarzi rejects foreign requests before the account layer is even reached.

What fixes it

Connect from an Iranian IP and Bank Keshavarzi sees you the way it sees a user inside the country, and serves the same page it always did. You import a WireGuard config on your phone or laptop and connect.

What the IP does not solve

For Bank Keshavarzi you also need an Iranian mobile number to receive the login code. Better to know that now than after you have paid.
