Torob and Basalam does not work from abroad
The problem is not your account or your phone. It is where you connect from.
Short answer
Torob and Basalam does not open from outside Iran because it refuses your request based on your IP address, not because anything is wrong with your account or your phone. The fix is to connect from an Iranian IP, and to have an Iranian bank card to complete the payment. Why it happens
These services and their payment gateway are limited for connections from abroad.
What fixes it
Connect from an Iranian IP and Torob and Basalam sees you the way it sees a user inside the country, and serves the same page it always did. You import a WireGuard config on your phone or laptop and connect.
What the IP does not solve
For Torob and Basalam you also need an Iranian bank card to complete the payment. Better to know that now than after you have paid.
