An Iranian IP from the United States
Open Iranian bank apps, Shaparak and government portals as though you were inside the country.
Short answer
Yes. From the United States you can open Iranian bank apps and portals, provided your connection arrives from an Iranian IP address. These services check where you connect from, not where you live. TTunnels provides an Iranian IP over WireGuard, delivered immediately after payment, working on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.
What is different from the United States
The largest Iranian community outside Iran lives in the United States, concentrated in California, Texas and the Washington area. Many still hold Iranian bank accounts, property or open paperwork that has to be handled remotely.
The time difference with Tehran is eight to eleven hours, so a portal that only runs during Iranian office hours has to be used late at night or very early. A stable connection matters more here than a fast one.
What opens up
One honest note
An Iranian IP removes the connection block, but it does not replace an Iranian SIM. Most banks send a login code by SMS, so if you have no active Iranian number, solve that first.
